Amber Hall is a process-driven healthcare leader with over 17 years of experience in clinical operations, patient education, and project management. As a Senior Operations Project Manager at University of Utah Health, Amber leads strategic initiatives to improve patient education across five hospitals and over 200 specialties. She specializes in building collaborative systems that enhance health literacy, equity, and access to care.

Amber’s background includes coordinating inpatient sleep medicine programs, where she significantly improved patient outcomes and satisfaction. Her leadership in developing workflows, training programs, and compliance audits has consistently driven operational excellence and cost savings.

Amber holds an MBA in Leadership & Finance, as well as a BS in Health Promotion. She is certified in Health Literacy by the Institute for Healthcare Advancement and holds Consumer Health Information Specialization Levels I & II. As Co-chair of the Utah Health Literacy Coalition and an active member of the Utah Public Health Association, Amber is passionate about empowering patients through clear, accessible health communication.
